Shipping Policy

The processing time for orders is typically 1-3 business days.  After that, delivery time within the United States is 3-6 days.  Please keep this in mind that during the holidays or limited edition launches, the time may vary.  Thank you for your patience.

FOR SPIRIT WEAR SHOPS - In many cases, arrangements have been made with a store coordinator from your organization to receive all orders placed through the shop on a specific day - this is considered LOCAL DELIVERY as you will see on your checkout page. There may be other shipping options available in addition to LOCAL DELIVERY. Depending on the arrangements made by your organization, these additional shipping options may purposely ship AFTER the local delivery date listed on your organizations main shop page. Please read the information listed at the top of your organizations main shop page for shipping, and other details.

We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customers natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
